Terms of Service

Effective July 1, 2026

These terms apply to the Yaty app and this website. By using either, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

The service

Yaty is a dice game for playing solo or with friends. Creating an account is optional and adds syncing: your finished games, lobbies, and statistics are stored on our server so they follow you across devices.

Your account

• Keep access to your email safe; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide a working email address — it’s the only way to recover access.
• You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no attempting to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities outside of good-faith security research, overwhelm it with automated traffic, or access other people’s data. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

Your content

Game history and lobby names you create remain yours. You grant us permission to store and process them solely to provide syncing. Delete your account and that permission ends with it.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable, but we may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of it. Your local games keep working on your device regardless.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, for a free app, is zero.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
