Privacy Policy

Yaty is a dice game. This policy explains what information the app and this site handle, and what happens to it. The short version: you can play without giving us anything, and if you create an account we store only what sync needs.

Playing without an account

Yaty works fully offline. Your games, lobbies, and statistics are stored on your device and never leave it. We collect no personal information, and the app contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking of any kind.

If you create an account

When you sign up for syncing, we store:

• Your email address and a display name you choose.
• Authentication and session details, including your IP address and the app or device information sent with requests.
• A random identifier for this installation of Yaty, used to sync changes and prevent duplicate uploads.
• Your finished game history and the lobbies you create (including the player names you enter), which is what makes your stats and leaderboards appear on your other devices.

We use your email address to sign you in and send verification codes you request. Email is delivered through Cloudflare’s email service, which processes the message on our behalf. We send no marketing email.

Cloudflare also hosts the online service. Your display name and best score can appear on the global leaderboard. Shared lobby members can see the player names, games, and statistics in that lobby.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising.
• We don’t run ads, analytics, or trackers in the app or on this site.
• We don’t collect location, contacts, or anything beyond what’s listed above.

Security

All traffic between the app and our server is encrypted with TLS. Your account is protected by sign-in codes sent to your email.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from the app (Menu → Account → Delete Account). This removes your account and its synced history from active use. It also clears local games and lobbies on the device where you confirm deletion. Recovery backups may retain earlier copies. Signing out instead keeps your local saves.

Children

Yaty is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date. Meaningful changes will be noted in the app’s release notes.
